As an Indiana entrepreneur, I have focused much of my career on hospitality and catering.  I founded four complementary catering businesses: Nameless Catering, Hoosier Homestyle, Indiana Bar Service, and Indy Harvest.  The ventures span diverse event menus, budget-friendly local cuisine, mobile bar experiences, and farm-to-table catering, all characterized by quality, convenience and community involvement. The goal is an integrated ecosystem of food and beverage services operating across the Indiana market, serving everything from corporate events to weddings, as well as several large scale state and regional public events.

As I gained a deeper understanding of each business’s needs—especially in terms of space and location—I took inspiration from Ray Kroc and began acquiring the buildings that housed my kitchens and offices. This strategy led to the creation of Lucky Wolf Consulting, which now oversees both the real estate and business consulting aspects of my operations.
